Our top goal is the security of our patients and the personnel we train. Additionally, we acknowledge that to preserve patient safety; staff members must receive the proper training and retain their skills through our refresher programmes. Our courses provide theoretical and practical skills on difficult behaviour prevention and management, emphasising maintaining patient safety and staff and other participants' wellbeing.

The training is continuously updated, and the GSA updates our trainers. It integrates philosophy that covers de-escalation techniques, trauma-informed treatment, the responsibility of care, and ethical guidelines for restricted practices. The training's hands-on component gives the staff the knowledge and abilities to properly confine someone threatening themselves or others while still choosing the least restrictive measure. We also receive training in identifying and minimising potential dangers. Review ways to debrief and help anyone involved in situations after that.
